Rider Responsibility

Riders are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit and capable

Appropriate riding attire, including helmets, should be worn at all times
Insurance

Riders are strongly advised to hold their own personal accident and liability insurance

Inspire Dressage is fully insured for instruction and riding activities; however, this does not replace the need for personal insurance
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Inspire Dressage shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by participants

This includes, but is not limited to, accidents, falls, or horse-related incidents
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inspire Dressage from any claims arising from your participation.

Participants confirm they have disclosed any relevant medical conditions that may affect their ability to safely participate.
Parental/Guardian Consent (if applicable)

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, lessons, clinics, and product purchases made through Inspire Dressage. By making a booking or purchase, you agree to these terms.
Bookings & Payments
Payment Terms

Payment for all lessons, clinics, and schooling services must be made within 48 hours of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Failure to make payment within this timeframe may result in your booking being cancelled.
Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP £ and are subject to change without notice.

Prices confirmed at the time of booking will be honoured.
Cancellations & Withdrawal Policy
Clinics
-
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or withdraw from a clinic booking.
-
If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the full amount will be charged.
Lessons, Schooling & Other Services

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.
-
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the full fee will be charged.
Booking & Withdrawal Process

All bookings and withdrawals must be made directly with the relevant organiser.
-
Organiser details can be found on the website calendar or event listing.
-
You are responsible for ensuring your cancellation has been received and acknowledged.
Non-Attendance

Failure to attend a booked session without notice will result in the full fee being charged.

No refunds or rescheduling will be offered in these circumstances.
Changes by Inspire Dressage

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, horse welfare, illness).

In such cases, you will be offered:

An alternative date, or

A refund

Product Sales (e.g. Books)
Orders

All product orders are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to cancel orders if stock is unavailable.
Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Inspire Dressage is not responsible for delays caused by postal services.
Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, in line with UK consumer law.

Items must be returned unused and in original condition.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with evidence (e.g. photos).

A replacement or refund will be provided where appropriate.
